Everyone needs to make some warm-up preparations before practicing Latin dance. The following website summarizes some knowledge of warm-up preparation before practicing Latin dance.
You need to warm up before exercise, and Latin dance is no exception. Latin dance needs all joints and muscles of the whole body, so warm-up exercises should also be moved to all joints of the whole body.
1, head
Move the front, left, back and right points of the head to the limit position as far as possible, keep it for a few seconds, and then rotate the head in this direction. Then reverse. When you look sideways, your ears look for your shoulders, not your face, and your shoulders remain drooping and still. Face left, face right, extreme position.
2, shoulders and chest
Lift your shoulders and sink. Shoulders rotate in the same direction and in the opposite direction at the same time. Chest top, left front, left side, left back side, inner side, right back side, right side, right front side, front side, move in several directions, and then the chest turns around. Reverse repeat.
3, crotch
Premise, top left, fold, top right, turn around. Turn upside down.
4. Knees and ankles
Stand with your feet apart, focus on your left leg, bend your knees and bend them straight. Then the center of gravity shifts to the right leg, and the inner buckle is open outside. The legs are upright, the left toe is the axis, and the left heel is pushed inward. Then change your right foot.
5. Arm and back muscles
Lift the arm from the side to the top of your head, hold the elbow with the other hand to the limit, hold it for a few seconds, and switch to the other arm.
6. Tendons and muscles of the lower body
Bend down, your arms naturally sink, and your arms press down on your toes. Press your left ankle with both hands and press your right ankle. Leg press, bend over, with one leg straight and the center of gravity on the other. Turn your upper body over so that one leg is straight behind you and your waist leans back. When you are in leg press, try to keep your toes tight. Warm-up exercise needs to open the muscles of the joints and tendons of the body, so the amplitude needs to reach the extreme, and it needs to be kept or even pulled apart by vibration, so as to exercise flexibility while warming up.
