Here's my list of the worst things to lose weight:

You've become a little vain. I'm not saying that you've become a monster and think you're the best thing since sliced bread, but you really care about your appearance, and you can't help glancing at yourself when you walk past the shop window. You look at yourself more in the mirror (although for me, this is mainly to convince yourself that this is me, yes, I do look like this)

You have become a little obsessed with health and healthy eating. This is good, but it will also make you a little bored, especially if you become an evangelist who keeps nagging people to change their ways. Although I have always publicly stated that I want to help others lose weight, I also believe that people need to decide for themselves how to change their lifestyles. My method is to talk about my experience, publicly express that I am willing to share my knowledge, and then continue to discuss other topics. I think it's a bit like taking drugs or smoking-everyone tells you it's not good and you should stop, but nothing will change unless you make your own decision.

Cost! When you have to change your whole wardrobe, from underwear to coat, the cost will definitely increase. I think you can look at this from two aspects-on the one hand, you have lost weight and can finally buy those beautiful clothes you have always wanted to wear. On the other hand, it costs money. In fact, I think it's an incentive to keep weight ... When you spend so much money on losing weight and changing clothes, you certainly don't want to go back to the state where you can't wear it.

You are not willing to compromise on your diet. I will never eat greasy pies, carbohydrate meals or nutritious sandwiches on the run again. Instead, I will consider what I eat and plan (see my previous post). I tend to make more plans in advance. For example, if I know I have a lunch meeting, I will plan my meals around it, so that I can still eat some healthy things without being tempted by those biscuits and snacks. I take my food to meaningful places, or explore nearby places where I can find healthy food. As we all know, I will leave the meeting I am attending, avoid the high-carbohydrate buffet and get something to eat. This sounds very noble, I think it is true to some extent, but I think it may be considered inflexible and difficult by people who don't know you.
