2. Eat less fine and flatulent food.

3. Avoid spicy, greasy, tobacco and alcohol.

4. Don't abuse laxatives

General laxatives include senna, rhubarb, mirabilite, aloe, acetaminophen, rhubarb soda tablets and so on. So I bought some Shangqing pills, Sanhuang tablets, Niuhuang Jiedu tablets and so on. Take rhubarb as the main ingredient to clear heat and detoxify. In this way, even if I stop taking the medicine, it will be a secret situation, constipation will be more serious, and even taking other laxatives will be ineffective. We know that drugs containing ingredients have both laxative and astringent effects. If the dosage is large, it will be laxative; If the dosage is small, it will strengthen the stomach. Long-term use will aggravate constipation, which will lead to other diseases. In particular, pregnant women, lactating women and patients with acute abdominal pain and intestinal tumors who have constipation should not abuse laxatives containing rhubarb to avoid accidents.

6. Avoid using drugs that inhibit intestinal peristalsis.

Don't take drugs that inhibit and advocate peristalsis during the method of clearing intestines and detoxifying and slimming. Such as sedatives, anticholinergic drugs, aluminum preparations, calcium preparations, codeine and other drugs, these drugs can not only control intestinal peristalsis, but also have astringent effect, which will aggravate habitual constipation after taking.
