Personally, I think it's afternoon. Our bodies are not so tight in the afternoon as in the morning. We all play in the afternoon. We go late in summer and early in winter. We choose the right weather. If you can lose weight, it depends on your physical strength. Basketball is an intense sport. If you play it suddenly, you will sweat for a while. If you feel a little tired, have a rest and play for a while. Don't rest for too long in order to keep your hand feeling. It's important to keep on losing weight. Go to the stadium for a period of time every day, stick to it and control your diet. Losing weight is absolutely no problem!
