Then change your right leg and practice in the opposite direction. The left and right legs are counted as one, and each group is fifty. The interval of each group is about 40 seconds. Do two or three groups every night according to your physical condition.
Second: abdominal stretching. First of all, the whole person lies on the mat, relaxing as much as possible, holding the surface of the mat with both hands and five fingers open as much as possible, inhaling, and at the same time driving the arm forward with hand strength, lifting the upper body and looking straight ahead.
