1. First of all, to submit an application, parents need to log in to Space Action official website, enter my course page, find the refund application button under the order of refund application, and click Apply for a refund.

2. Secondly, fill in the refund application form, fill in the relevant refund application form, select the reason and method of refund and submit it.

3. Finally, deal with the audit. Space Action customer service will verify the relevant information and review it after receiving the refund application.
