How to prepare alum?
1. processing method of natural alunite: alunite is crushed, roasted, dehydrated, weathered, steam leached, settled, crystallized and crushed to obtain the finished product of aluminum potassium sulfate.
2. Bauxite process: alumina ore is decomposed with sulfuric acid to generate aluminum sulfate solution, then potassium sulfate is added for reaction, and then filtered, crystallized, centrifugally dehydrated and dried to obtain aluminum sulfate potassium product.
3. Recrystallized crude alum is boiled, evaporated, crystallized, separated and dried to obtain the finished product of potassium aluminum sulfate.
