Unless what you buy is fake, consider it true. I really can't tell. Someone took a fake to the company to return it. You can imagine how similar it is. The test method is unreliable, such as dissolving foam with very inferior fish oil. The freezing experiment can be roughly judged. Reliability can only be controlled from the source and purchased directly from the company.
