How does pr compress the video size?

Pr compresses the video size as follows:

1. First click "File" indicated by the red arrow at the top of pr interface, as shown in the following figure.

2. Select "Export-Media" in the red box in the pop-up drop-down menu, as shown in the following figure.

3. Then click "Format" under "Export Settings" in the red box, as shown in the figure below.

4. Then select "H.264" in the red box, as shown in the figure below.

5. Select "Video" indicated by the red arrow below.

6. Click the menu box to the right of "Bit Rate Coding".

7. Select "CBR" in the red box of the pop-up menu.

8. Then change the "Target Bit Rate" to 4.

9. Then you can see that the adjusted video file size is about 15MB, and then save it.
