On the first day of the challenge, I knew it was a reluctant photo when I saw the picture. In fact, I didn't want to run that day because I haven't decided whether to accept the challenge or not. I also thought about exercising myself every day before, not to lose weight but also to be healthy. However, I have never acted. I was a little excited when I heard that there was this sports laboratory, but I began to feel distressed and want to be lazy when I heard that I had to punch in every day. Later, I decided to accept this challenge. At that time, I thought, what can I do if I can't accept this small challenge? Life is full of challenges, if you don't advance, you will retreat! ! !
On the first day of the challenge 10, I also had a little idea of giving up, especially when it rained, outdoor running was a problem, and there was water everywhere. Finally, I convinced myself that since I was going to take the exam, I would take it! After that, it is a brand-new self. Although my running suit was wet on rainy days, I was very happy at that moment.
On the last day of the challenge, I was so excited. I run harder than any other day, but my heart is relaxed. I recalled the previous 20 days during my running, and I smiled.
The biggest gain of the whole challenge is my own progress. I didn't flinch when I met a problem, and then I didn't gain weight or catch a cold. I like my rosy face after exercise very much, haha. Come on!
