There are too many software downloaded and installed on the mobile phone and too many data caches, which may lead to insufficient storage space of the mobile phone, thus leading to slow operation of the mobile phone.

If your phone is out of storage space, you can try the following methods to free up space.

(1) coloros11and above: enter "Settings >; (about this machine) > storage space > cleaning ",including photo cleaning, video cleaning, application uninstallation, application slimming, document cleaning, cloud migration and other operations, is simple and quick.

(2)ColorOS 7 and above systems: "mobile phone manager" APP > clean storage "can be used for photo cleaning, video cleaning, application uninstallation, application slimming, document cleaning, cloud migration and other operations, which is simple and quick.

(3)ColorOS 7 and above systems: go to "file management" APP > clear storage/space > one-click cleaning (safe cleaning) to clear file data.

Tips:

If the above methods can't solve your problem, please back up your mobile phone information and bring your mobile phone, invoice and warranty card to the local OPPO customer service center for testing.
