If you feel bored wearing a mask, you can also adjust your breathing according to the running stage.
The first stage: warm up. This is the preparation stage, and you can do some actions such as kicking, stretching your arms and twisting your waist. At this time, the human body does not need much oxygen, so it can inhale and exhale through the nose. Because there are abundant capillaries and mucous membranes in the nasal cavity, it can warm and wet the inhaled cold air, and the secretion of nasal mucosa can also block dust and bacteria, which has a certain protective effect on the respiratory tract.
The second stage: start running. At this stage, with the acceleration of running speed and the extension of running time, the human body's demand for oxygen is increasing. If inhaling only through the nose can't meet the breathing needs, you can exhale through the nose and mouth.
When inhaling and exhaling through the nose and mouth, be sure to keep your mouth slightly open, with the tip of your tongue against the upper jaw, so that cold air can bypass the suction port from both sides of the tip of your tongue, allowing the cold air to have a process of warming up and humidifying, so as to prevent direct inhalation into the trachea and cause cough discomfort. When exhaling, the tip of the tongue leaves the upper jaw and exhales slowly, so that the hot air in the body can be exhaled smoothly from the mouth.
At the same time, you can also rub your face, ears and nose with your hands when running. So it won't be cold.
The third stage: relax. Remember to relax after running. According to the distance you run, set aside a distance to relax, because when running is hot, how to breathe will be natural. At this time, you can do some exercises to stretch your muscles and tendons to make your whole body soft and flexible.
