Second, don't go on a diet. If you lose weight by dieting, you are not losing weight, but abusing yourself. During the period of losing weight, we can only say that we should properly control our diet, insist on eating less and eating more meals, and balance our nutrition. You can't say that you don't eat, eat meat, replace rice with fruits and vegetables, and only drink water. These are unscientific, which will lead to endocrine disorders and prevent our period. The most basic calculation of losing weight is that the energy intake is lower than the calories consumed every day. But you need to consume enough calories to ensure basal metabolism. If you eat high-calorie food without exercise, you can only pile up into fat. If you don't eat it, your metabolism will be disordered and you won't lose weight. In short, eat less and eat more meals, ensure the intake of various nutrients, and indulge occasionally.
Thirdly, when it comes to sports, girls will say, Oh, I don't want to grow muscles. Honey, I want to say that muscles don't grow that easily. You have to supplement all kinds of hormones and crazy strength training every day like those professional bodybuilders, and persist for a long time to achieve that effect. If you want to keep a bamboo-like figure, don't choose exercise.
