On September 25th, 20 10, the National Day flower bed with the theme of "Blooming in Prosperity" in the square was officially completed, and a "three-dimensional flower" with a diameter of 50 meters bloomed brilliantly in the center of the square. Create a happy and peaceful holiday atmosphere in the capital.

The flower bed adopts the shape of "three-dimensional flower", and nearly 30 petals are scattered. The skeleton is all welded with steel, and the petals are inlaid with shiny Phnom Penh. The petals are decorated with colorful flowers, such as string red, Xiao Ju and Petunia. The whole "three-dimensional flower" is 50 meters in diameter and colorful in shape, which looks like a blooming peony from a distance. The fountain in the center of 20 10 flower bed is the first attempt to use laser generator for laser performance.

Sage, malachite, string red, four-season begonia, Xiao Ju and other places are planted in the green spaces on the east and west sides of the square, which are arranged into streamlined large flower belts such as purple, yellow, orange and red and undulating colorful flower islands. It looks quaint, gorgeous and full of modernity.

There are 45 kinds of flowers in flower arrangement, nearly 400,000 pots. Among them, new varieties such as spherical Xiao Ju, begonia grandiflora and Sedum flavum introduced from Germany were first applied to the National Day flower beds in the square. In the production process, some flower experiments use "garden organic waste compost" and "waste mushroom sticks" as matrix components to replace non-renewable peat.
