This is my personal experience. I lost six pounds in a week. We must stick to losing weight, we can't wait until we get fat, we must always keep in good shape.
The Quaker's name for Sunday
A glass of warm lemonade, an apple and a bowl of sugar-free oatmeal for breakfast. If you are hungry, you can eat apples and cucumbers.
For lunch, half a bowl of rice, winter melon soup and shredded bamboo shoots.
Dinner porridge is six points full, or eat fruit.

Lunch is a steamed bun, fried leek and soup.

A cup of soybean milk, two pieces of bread and an apple for breakfast.

A bowl of rice paste, a boiled egg and cold salad for breakfast.

Remember to drink a cup of hot lemonade after getting up every day. Be sure to eat six minutes full before eating, and drink soup first. If you are hungry, you must never eat apples or skip them. Go to bed early and get up early, and drink eight glasses of water a day. Fermented eggs are helpful for breast enhancement, but they are also easy to get fat, so drink them in the morning or at noon. Exercise for 30 minutes in the evening. I hope my diet helps you.
