Potato and tomato soup can be eaten to lose weight. When cooking, peel, wash, slice and soak potatoes in water. After washing the tomatoes, remove the pedicels and cut into pieces. Slice the onions and garlic. Wash the parsley and cut into sections for later use. Pour a little oil into the pot, heat it, add onion and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.
