2. Whether there are too many fonts and plug-ins installed or there are problems in installation.
When running PS, press CTRL+SHIFT+ALT to restore the default settings, and then set the floppy disk to other partitions with enough space in the preset options.
If it really doesn't work, then delete all relevant files after uninstalling and reinstall PS.
Modify the address of Photoshop temporary disk. The default is disk C. Maybe your disk C is out of space. It is estimated that your PS conflicts with the system, or it may conflict with some software. Try reinstalling PS (if the machine is not poisoned).
