If the arms are thin, you can pull the towel with both hands, and the upper arm is straight up (overhead) and in line with your body. Pull hard to the left (right hand relaxed), and then pull hard to the right (left hand relaxed). You can also pull the towel behind your back with both hands, pull it to the left (relax your right hand) and then pull it to the right (relax your left hand). Note: Try to keep your hands and arms in a straight line.
