Defendant Wang Fu, male, born on July 2 1982+0 in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, with ID number of 331004198207255817, Han nationality, junior high school education, farmer, and living at 65444 Qinglong East Road, Pengjie Town, luqiao district City, Taizhou City. On March 22, 2007, he was criminally detained by Luqiao Branch of Taizhou Public Security Bureau and arrested on March 22, 2007. He is currently being held in Taizhou luqiao district Detention Center.

Taizhou luqiao district People's Procuratorate accused the defendant Ms. Wang of intentional injury with indictment No.34 1, and filed a public prosecution in our hospital on June 1 1 2007. Our court formed a collegial panel according to law and heard the case in public. Shen Dandan, the procurator of Taizhou luqiao district People's Procuratorate, Wang Fu, the defendant, and Jin Xing, his defender, attended the proceedings. The trial is now over.

It was found through trial that at about 23 o'clock on October 29th, 2003/KLOC-0, the defendant Wang had a quarrel with Xu Yifa when he was drinking at Sun Island Bar in luqiao district, Taizhou. During the quarrel, the defendant Wang Fu stabbed Xu Yi and his friend Zhu Qing with a fruit knife. After forensic identification, Xu Yi and Zhu Qing were both seriously injured.

During the trial in our court, the defendant Ms. Wang compensated the victim for economic losses such as medical expenses, totaling RMB 13000 yuan. Now the plaintiff Zhu Qing has withdrawn the incidental civil action from our court.

During the trial, the defendant Wang Fu had no objection to the above facts, and there were statements from the victims Xu Yi and Zhu Qing. Testimonies of witnesses Fang Bing, He Chun, Zhu Haijun, Ming Jiang, Liu Zhiwei, Chen Feng, Lin Min, Wang Hai, Liu Ling, Pantene, Luo Yi, Huang Jie and Pan Hong; Judicial expertise conclusion; Identify the transcript; Both the picture and the capture process are confirmed by evidence, which is enough to confirm.

The court believes that the defendant Wang is lawless and intentionally hurts the health of others, causing serious injuries to two people, and his behavior has constituted the crime of intentional injury. The defendant Wang pleaded guilty after returning to the case, and actively compensated the victim for economic losses, giving him a lighter punishment as appropriate. The public prosecution agency clearly accused, convicted and applied the law correctly. Defenders suggested that the defendant was a first-time offender, had a good attitude of pleading guilty, and made positive compensation, which were consistent with the facts and were adopted by our court. According to the second paragraph of Article 234 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the verdict is as follows:

Defendant Wang committed the crime of intentional injury and was sentenced to seven years' imprisonment (the sentence is counted from the date of execution of the judgment). If a person is detained before the execution of the judgment, one day of detention shall be reduced to one day of fixed-term imprisonment, that is, from March 2007 12 to March 2004 1 1 day. )。
