1. Click on the lower left corner to start programming and select the drawing tool in the attachment.

2. Open the image to be reduced with the drawing tool.

3. Select the Stretch \ Deformation option in the image from the menu of the drawing tool.

4. Change the horizontal and vertical percentages in stretching \ deformation, reduce the image percentage according to your requirements, and save the image after meeting your requirements.
