Second, stretch your hips and legs before practice.

Third, move your hips before practice.

Fourth, formal group hip and leg training.
1, straight leg hard pull (dumbbell barbell or self-weight)
2, dumbbell sumo squat (dumbbell or weight)
3, dumbbell hip bridge (self-weight)
4, dumbbell one-legged hip bridge (self-weight)
5. Stand on the rope and kick (rope or elastic belt).
6. Sit still against the wall
Fifth, relax your hips and legs after practice.
