Six elements:
First, eat more foods containing vitamin A, such as vegetables, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage and so on. Usually eat bananas, apples and other fruits.
Second, stir-fry with vegetable oil, and stew, stew and steam are the main dishes to eat.
Third, always eat lean meat, chicken, fish, walnuts, black fungus, kelp, seaweed and so on.
Fourth, eat more foods that can promote bile secretion and relax muscles after biliary tract, such as hawthorn, dark plum and corn stigma (drink tea slowly).
Fifth, eat breakfast and don't be on an empty stomach for too long.
Sixth, exercise regularly to prevent constipation.
