Video review of duckling
Zhang Yanlin
After watching the video of the duckling, my first impression is that the key word is to let go. Mother duck walked up the steps first, showed the ducklings how to do it first, and then the ducklings tried to follow them up the steps. The same is true of the education we must receive. What we have to do is to guide the children to discover and try to realize it and let them think for themselves.
After the demonstration, the mother duck waited patiently for the ducklings to follow. When the duckling can't keep up, the mother duck will bypass this uneven step and let the baby duck find a position that is easy to jump on. So letting go does not mean letting go or giving up. So do we. Letting go of the child doesn't mean letting him die. When children really didn't think of it, they still need to be reminded.
It is also very important to guide children, that is, adults should be able to jump out of their emotions and guide children to "see" with an objective attitude. Many times we feel that we are helping children. In fact, the feeling of "helping" in our hearts is already an emotion, a superior mentality of thinking that we are better. When we thought I was here to help, we already had a sense of superiority that he was wrong and I was right. What we really need to do is to put a low profile, state the facts with a calm and trusting attitude, and guide children to think and understand what happened after self-awakening. Patience and appropriate encouragement will stimulate children's potential and make greater progress with the encouragement of team members.
