True happiness comes from meditation ―― changing the world with silence
The philosopher Lao Zi said, "Purity is the right thing in the world" ―― In the quiet state of mind many years ago, the whole universe would bow to its knees. Liveliness and noise can't make me burn, but let me cherish a moment of peace.

Very predestined and confused, looking for a way out in the smog, I came across "changing the world with silence" and regarded "meditation" as a kind of practice. After trying hard, I gradually found inner peace and inner peace. Those angry and antagonistic dissatisfaction left me, and my world was calm and peaceful.

I was attracted by the subtitle "refocusing life" in Russell Simmons's new book "Changing the world with silence". There are too many temptations and attractions in this colorful and splendid world, and you can start doing whatever you want. But after choosing the beginning, it often deviates from "a good beginning is half the battle". Many times, doing things is often three minutes of heat and a little taste.

I deeply miss the slow sun, slow mail, and I can only love one person and concentrate on one thing in my life.

Why do days always have the same sense of urgency as catching up? The game is not over yet, and people on the road are scrambling to pack up and go to the next game. Everyone is in a hurry. The motto of the Olympic Games "Higher, Faster and Stronger" has been engraved in the blood of this era and is deeply rooted.

But are you happy? Happiness?

Happiness and happiness are only about the heart!

And how to calm down and improve your concentration?

Russell Simmons affirmed the power of silence. In his preface, he mentioned that "the foundation of happiness and success in life lies in these rare quiet moments, not the life of debauchery and drunkenness".

Everyone feels happiness in different ways. If you like that kind of excitement, that kind of ecstasy, that kind of luxurious life, it brings you happiness, makes you happy and has a sense of accomplishment, then you don't have to force yourself to be quiet. Sudden silence is likely to make you feel overwhelmed and uneasy. Of course, you can try it, and you may find that, like Russell Simmons, you "prefer morning meditation to late-night revelry".

On the other hand, if you are eager for inner peace and agree with the power of peace, you need some methods to help you get peace. You are welcome to use Russell Simmons's book to start the practice of meditation.

"Meditation" runs through the book. Friends who practice yoga should be familiar with meditation. Meditation is an ancient practice. After yoga, I meditated for 10- 15 minutes, which made me feel that the heavy burden disappeared and the whole person was as light as a leaf.

Meditation is a very valuable and practical tool in life. The outside world is cold, dark, tense and turbulent. "Meditation" can remove your ego, desires, fears and anxieties, light up your mind and bring you to a sunny world.

Reading "Changing the World with Silence" is not the power and method to change the world for anyone. Its greatest benefit to every reader is to give you a "peaceful, peaceful and caring heart" and gain "heartfelt recognition" for yourself. Everyone in the city, everyone in the camp, simply practice for 20 minutes to end the fatigue of every day and the aimless life dominated by impulsive emotions and external pressure. No matter how busy your life is, the noise and interference from outside can't disturb you, but you really control everything.

Scientific and artistic meditation allows you to let go of your obsession with the past, expectations and worries about the future, let go of your inner anxiety and heaviness, truly "live in the present" and enjoy this wonderful moment.

Meditation removes inner anxiety, pressure, prejudice, worry and anxiety, leaving only happiness, the real happiness in your heart and mine.
