Is junk food really a "health killer"?
Although we all advocate a reasonable and healthy diet in our daily life, we all know that we should try to avoid eating some junk food, because it will do harm to our health and affect my overall study and work, but sometimes we have to eat some such food.

For example, when I was in college, I especially wanted to have my own mobile phone at one stage, but my parents didn't agree to buy it for me at that time, so I had to make up my mind about living expenses. Because I bought a mobile phone, I overdrawn my living expenses for two months in advance, so in the next two months, I didn't go to the school cafeteria for more than a month, but ate instant noodles in the dormitory, which is the most typical junk food in the eyes of many people.

The process of eating instant noodles for more than a month is still fresh in my memory, so that I feel sick when I see instant noodles now, because eating instant noodles for a month in a row has obviously made me thin and my face has become more gloomy and yellow, because instant noodles, a fried food, itself lacks vitamins and other nutrients, and I have eaten instant noodles for more than a month. I obviously find it difficult to concentrate in class, probably because of lack of nutrition during this time, and even I will fall asleep at my desk in class, so I think I should pay attention to my diet and try to eat less junk food in my daily life.
