First, never go on a diet to lose weight. Dieting will only reduce your basal metabolism. What is basal metabolism? It's the calories you burn when you lie down for a day, but any extra action you do is your extra metabolism. If the basal metabolism is low, the body will start the self-protection mode, but if it eats more, it will be completely absorbed. You can't skip meals all your life, which is why dieting and weight loss rebound.

Second, we should understand the nature of food, what can and can't be eaten. The biggest culprit of weight gain is sugar, trans fat and sugar-oil mixture. Say sugar first. All foods will have sugar, and there will be a lot of added sugar in various desserts and drinks. But keep her within a reasonable range and don't eat added sugar, such as white sugar, honey, yellow sugar and sugar cubes. Followed by trans fat, normal fat can be metabolized in the human body in three days, while trans fat may not be metabolized in 60 days, so it is easy to be metabolized after eating. Trans fat is hidden in milk tea, cakes, bread and high-temperature fried foods. Finally, there is a mixture of sugar and oil. Simply put, if you only eat rice or braised pork, you will soon get tired. If braised pork bibimbap is delicious. Among fried dough sticks, oil cakes, fried rice and fried noodles, the mixing degree of sugar and oil is the highest.

Third, we can't eat after talking so much. Then eat three meals regularly and quantitatively. Be sure to finish breakfast before nine o'clock, because it is easier to get fat if you don't eat early. You can eat whole wheat bread, eggs, tomatoes or apples, add some almonds and have lunch. You can choose brown rice, all kinds of chicken, duck, fish, beef (poultry peeled, pork not eaten), and stir-fry vegetables with olive oil, which can effectively stop it. Dinner is similar to lunch, but you must finish it before seven o'clock. Don't eat for three hours before going to bed, and go to bed if you feel a little hungry. Carbohydrate, protein, vitamins, fat, every meal can not be less. Anything missing is dieting to lose weight. How much do you eat? Take the best analogy: staple food (carbohydrate) is as big as a fist (dinner is reduced appropriately), protein (meat) is as big as a palm, vitamins (green leafy vegetables) are as big as two fists, and fat is as big as a thumb. It must be noted that sweet potato, lotus root, yam, corn, pumpkin and potato belong to the second-class staple food, and should not be eaten as vegetables. Don't eat them.

Fourth, work and rest reasonably and go to bed before eleven o'clock in the evening. Effective sleep can help you lose weight better, and staying up late is also easy to get fat.

Fifth, drinking more water can improve basal metabolism. Be sure to drink a cup of warm water when you get up in the morning and drink 2000 ml of water every day.

Sixth, don't be anxious. If you don't change your weight, you will feel uncomfortable all day, which is not good, because losing weight is a broken line, that is, going up and down, it will be fast at first and then slow down. Weigh yourself every morning after breakfast.

Seventh, it is best to match the right amount of aerobic exercise. Exercise can only shape, and it is not directly related to fat loss. If you are really lazy and have no time, you can lose weight according to the above six points.
