Help me see if this diet can lose weight. Those who recommend weight loss products can walk away.
It is not feasible to rely solely on diet control. I think exercise is the safest and most scientific way to lose weight. My advice to you is to take an hour for a walk every day, or walk for an hour on the way to and from work. As far as diet is concerned, as long as you don't eat fried, meat, sticky or sweet, you can eat as much as you want for half a year. Please call me if you don't lose weight.
