Raw materials:
400g pork, 5 dried mushrooms, egg white 1 serving, dried starch 1 spoon, and appropriate amount of onion and ginger.

2. Wash the dried mushrooms and soak them in warm water (mushroom water for later use);
3. The soaked mushrooms are dried and chopped;
4. Put minced meat, chopped mushrooms, egg white and dried starch into a basin, add all seasonings, whip them in one direction with chopsticks until the meat is thick, and at the same time drop a little mushroom water and whip them together;
5. Dip your hands in mushroom water (water will stick to your hands if you don't dip it) and make the meat into small balls;
