How to stovepipe different leg types: edema type, muscular type, fake hip breadth type and fat type.
Fat legs: soft to the touch/lack of exercise/fat accumulation. Solution: Eat more fresh vegetables, eat less foods with high sugar and oil, and do more aerobic exercise or yoga.
Muscular thick legs: thick and powerful/lack of extensibility. Solution: Wear less high heels and do more stretching exercises to avoid crossing your legs.
Puffy thick legs: poor ankle/pit thickness/metabolism when pressing hard. Solution: Do more massage, soak your feet before going to bed, eat low-sugar and low-salt food to increase potassium, but don't drink too much water before going to bed.
False hip breadth has thick legs: thick thigh roots/bad posture. Solution: correct bad posture, stretch foam shaft and strengthen hip training.
If you want to thin your thighs and calves, eat: black bean milk, kiwi fruit, tofu, salmon, lemon, walnut, spinach, bamboo shoots and cod.
