Lose weight and relieve fatigue
From two aspects.

First, if you really haven't had a good rest recently, or the training intensity is very high, then it is normal to be tired at this time and you need to have a good rest.

Second, if you have a good pace of life recently and don't lack sleep or intensive training, you can refresh yourself, such as coffee or tea, or cool oil (manual smile). I usually have a regular routine, that is, I feel sleepy after work in the afternoon, so I will take a nap for about 20 minutes every time after work, and then exercise, which will cheer me up a little.

Personally, I think it can be divided into two situations in spirit and state.

1, the first one may be poor health, which is caused by many reasons, such as "physical exhaustion or depression at work" and so on. Fitness is a long-term plan. If you feel short-term fatigue, I suggest you relax. If you do a lot of exercise at this time, you will refuse and the fitness action will be deformed. The result will be counterproductive and more vulnerable.

2. Second, relax yourself mentally and don't want to go to fitness or exercise. The main reason is the sudden attack of "lazy cancer" caused by ideology. If so, I suggest listening to some rhythmic music (moving every time) like many athletes, so that the body will be "awakened" and have a "basic feeling". After the exercise, I will think about it in my mind. I want three more groups! Then the next day, my whole body ached. That's so cool.

Personal experience. I think it's time to do things according to my body's wishes, take a rest if you need it, and take a rest if you want it.

You should rest first. Losing weight cannot be simply eating less and exercising more. We are a whole, and the purpose of losing weight is not only to look good, but also to be healthy.

Adjust your state and find a way to stick to it easily. It doesn't have to be fast. But it must last long enough. So as not to give up halfway. Finally, I wish you success in losing weight!
