1. Wash and dry the grapes and all the bottles; Spread the grapes on the bottom of the bottle, put on gloves when spreading, and gently squeeze the grape pulp out of the grape stem; Sprinkle a layer of rock candy or sugar on the grapes until it is 5-10 cm away from the bottle mouth;
There are several points that must be paid attention to when making wine:
Try to choose fresh, sweet and big grapes. Be careful not to soak in salt water or wipe hard when cleaning, and don't wash off the white fermentation enzyme on the grape skin. Be sure to lay the grapes flat and dry them before pickling. Try to use a ceramic or glass container to hold the fermented and filtered grape juice, preferably with a frosted mouth, without water or oil.
I have done it with rock sugar and white sugar. The wine made of rock sugar is not as sweet as sugar, the color is not much different, and rock sugar is not easy to melt.
