Breakfast: choose either soybean milk or eggs. Soymilk can't be sweetened. You can eat any one until you are full.

Lunch: mainly beef, chicken legs and duck leg fish. Beef is best with soy sauce, and rice can be eaten less. Try to eat as much chicken, duck, beef and fish as possible.

Dinner: mainly vegetables. If fried, put as little oil as possible, preferably cold. Have dinner before 7 o'clock, and don't eat after dinner.

This is the first week of diet therapy. Taboos to lose weight: don't eat the skins and internal organs of animals, vermicelli potatoes, sugary fruits, snacks, meat and too many things. I wish you success in slimming.
