Dinner: Don't eat or eat less fruits and vegetables.
If possible, lunch and dinner, light soup the night before meals.
Stick to a certain amount of exercise every day. I run 3000-5000 meters every day.
Abdominal sit-ups are the best. I couldn't even do 10 at first, but now I can insist on doing 100. My stomach is much smaller, so I can only keep doing it.
