The diet should be supplemented by vegetables, and don't eat too much oil. It is best to list vegetables and fruits. When you are hungry, eat fruit and some radishes. The most important thing is that you don't eat sugar, which will make your liver start storing energy and fat. Don't drink coke, and don't drink all drinks (except milk and soybean milk). Drinks will also make you gain weight, and drinking less boiled mineral water will help you lose weight.
