Method:

3. mentality: overeating for two days in the middle will induce vomiting before losing weight, but now it won't, which is very harmful. It will recover if you eat less the next day or the third day.

Ps: I lost weight in three weeks. If I want to lose weight quickly, I've lost weight 10 day 6cm. Do aerobic exercise for more than an hour every day, run for half an hour, rub your legs with salt for 20 minutes after running, and then massage. I lose weight quickly with salt, but my leg skin is not good and I gain weight quickly. At first, I only used 56-50 salt, but after eating for a week, I came back 4cm!
