Morning: Soybean milk+boiled eggs+apples (protein has calcium and vitamins).
Noon: Boiled vegetables (almost any dish, preferably bitter gourd without oil)+2 pieces of boiled chicken breast (just two pieces)+fruit (watermelons and tomatoes are the best now) and a spoonful of rice.
Dinner: No food, no fruit or boiled vegetables. (It is best not to eat)
A bottle of pure milk before going to bed at night.
Go to bed after drinking.
My own way
To sum up, there is no oil, no sugar and no starch.
Just protein and vitamins.
Very effective. I lost 20J in less than a month.
You can try. If you have a good metabolism, 5 kg for 7 days is no problem ~:-)
