How to make tea (home edition);
1. Pour cassava flour into the pot, add a little water to the pot, and add 6 pieces of brown sugar to boil.
2. Cook brown sugar, be sure to cook it, remember! Turn off the fire, pour the cooked brown sugar into the pot filled with cassava flour and stir quickly. If cassava flour is stirred with water other than boiling water, you will doubt your life! ! ! Will become a non-Newtonian fluid
3. When tapioca flour is made into such dough, be careful that it will be a little hot when making dough.
4. Cut the dough into four small pieces with a knife, take out one piece, cover the rest with plastic wrap to prevent the dough from drying, rub it into strips by hand, cut it into small particles, and add a little cassava powder to prevent it from sticking together.
5. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, boil and pour the pearls until they are transparent, and stir them frequently during the period, otherwise they will stick together and cook until they are transparent. Add cold water to the bowl, take it out and rinse it twice with cold water.
6. Put the brown sugar into the pot, add water to boil, and pour the pearls with cold water into the boiled brown sugar, so that the pearls are more delicious.
7. Add a proper amount of water to the pot and boil it in black tea. Cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add milk tea if you don't take it out. Add milk (I put 4 bags 180 ml), add rock sugar and white sugar, and add as much as you want. Turn on medium heat, pour in milk and cook until the milk changes color and the tea smells good. Turn off the heating.

Tips:
When making pearls, cassava flour must be added with boiled black sugar water, not warm water. If it is not boiled, it will become a non-Newtonian body. It will be better to cover the pearls after cooking, because there will be a sandwich.
