Is there a big gap between a body that is not fat or thin and a good body?
There are some differences between being neither fat nor thin and being in good shape.

A good figure should have smooth lines, high ones should be high, low ones should be low, shoulders should be wide and waist should be thin, chest should be high and hips should be upturned, but not being fat or thin just means that the weight is not overweight, which does not mean that the figure proportion is good.

But neither being fat nor thin is the basis of a good figure, and it is much more beneficial to practice perfect curves than obese or thin people.

I wish you a perfect figure!
