The fattest country in the world should be Nauru. 1.3 million people, 95% are obese. Followed by Micronesia (Federated States of), Cook Islands, Tonga, Niue, Samoa, Palau, Kuwait, the United States and Kiribati, among which more than 90% of the residents in the top four countries are obese.
