Running: It is roughly divided into four steps: the initial movement, standing with both legs back and forth, the first step, the front legs sliding backwards to lift the rear legs, and the second step, the feet sliding backwards to land. The third and fourth parts are the same as the first and second parts except the lower leg.
There are several places to pay attention to.
One: two at the same time, slip your feet when you lift them, and retreat when you stay. This is the most basic.
Two: When landing, the landing feet should land in front of the vertical line. Try to lift your feet 90 degrees. It's not that it's wrong not to raise it, but that raising it is beneficial to the later aesthetics.
Running on the feet is the coordination between the upper body and the feet. If it is the upper body, you can use the dance steps of bending, bending when lifting your feet and stretching when landing. This will also make the foot landing more powerful.
