Should the introductory teaching of ghost dance steps be explained in detail?
If you are a novice shuffle teacher, let me tell you something.

First of all, there are two kinds of ghost dances: basic movements and fancy dances.

Basic movements: running, sideslip and landing.

Fancy: including spinning, kicking and sliding.

If you start, you must start with running. I'll tell you the running action first.

Running: It is roughly divided into four steps: the initial movement, standing with both legs back and forth, the first step, the front legs sliding backwards to lift the rear legs, and the second step, the feet sliding backwards to land. The third and fourth parts are the same as the first and second parts except the lower leg.

There are several places to pay attention to.

One: two at the same time, slip your feet when you lift them, and retreat when you stay. This is the most basic.

Two: When landing, the landing feet should land in front of the vertical line. Try to lift your feet 90 degrees. It's not that it's wrong not to raise it, but that raising it is beneficial to the later aesthetics.

Running on the feet is the coordination between the upper body and the feet. If it is the upper body, you can use the dance steps of bending, bending when lifting your feet and stretching when landing. This will also make the foot landing more powerful.

It takes a month to learn the basic movements, if you don't work hard. Practice running first. I can't finish all at once.

I played all these myself and taught some friends. I am more experienced. Practice hard, come on. Hmm. How interesting

If it helps, agree to adopt it.
