1. Find the downloaded clipping software and open it. Click the Start Creation button. Select the video footage, and then click the Add to Project button. Slide the bottom function bar to the left, find the Zoom button, and then click. Set the scale to 9: 16, and then click the back button on the left.

2. Go to the video clip page in the clip and find the following ratio. Select the video scale at the bottom of the page and expand it with two fingers at the top to spread the video all over the screen. When the operation is complete, click Export. If the video is successfully exported, you can view it in the photo album.

3. First, open the clip application, click Start Creating, select the video, and then click Add. Then click the proportion. Finally, click 9: 16 to set it to full screen.
