It should include stretching gymnastics and low-intensity aerobic exercise, which is not easy to cause injury and muscle aches. The initial duration of exercise is at least 10 ~ 15 minutes, and then gradually increases. This stage lasts 4 ~ 6 weeks.
2. Improvement stage
Exercise intensity gradually increased to 60% ~ 80% of the maximum functional level within 2 ~ 3 weeks.
3. Maintenance phase
Generally, sports training begins after 8 months. At this stage, the participants' cardiopulmonary function has reached a satisfactory level, and they are not interested in continuing to increase the exercise load, and they are required to keep the exercise load unchanged and maintain a healthy state.
In addition to walking and jogging, we should also increase different kinds of interest activities to avoid interrupting exercise because of boredom.
