First principle: efficiency
The longer you study, the better. The key lies in efficient learning. A day's study under fatigue is not as good as an hour's study under high efficiency.
The second principle: purpose
Whether to improve the dominant subjects or make up for the weak subjects must be planned, especially when there are about 100 days before the college entrance examination. If you are sure to let the strong discipline cover up the gap between the weak disciplines, I suggest giving the strong discipline a surprise.
Here's the plan:
From Monday to Friday
Plan A (weak self-study ability)
1, ensure that you are devoted to each class and listen carefully.
2. Early self-study, memorizing documents, politics first, geography second. Just look at history. Try to give math in other self-study time; As for Chinese and English, it's too late to make up now, but you must spend about 10 minutes remembering English words every day.
3. Finish homework selectively after school. For example, if the math score is lower than 130, you can choose to give up by analyzing the second question of geometry and derivative function and finally filling in the blanks. Everything is based on efficiency.
4. Resolutely do not add night shift, go to bed before 10: 30 at night, get up in the morning on the premise of getting enough breakfast, and take a nap for more than 30 minutes at noon.
Plan B (self-study ability)
1, attend classes selectively. I suggest that you must listen to math. Other subjects can make their own review plans when they are considered unimportant. The highest score rate of comprehensive literature is geography, followed by politics, and the score of history is more difficult. These three subjects allocate time according to their own actual situation. Comparatively speaking, objective questions are more important than subjective questions (political exceptions).

Get up at 7 o'clock, exercise properly+breakfast.
8:00- 12:00 every 90 minutes of study, rest for 30 minutes.
12:00- 15:00 lunch+lunch break+watching TV or surfing the Internet as appropriate.
15:00- 19:00 every 90 minutes of study, rest for 30 minutes.
19: 00-20: 00 dinner
Do the college entrance examination paper from 20: 00 to 22: 00.
