The Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, together with 22 ministries and commissions across the country, formed the National Youth Civilization Organizing Committee, and jointly issued special documents and held special meetings with 17 ministries and commissions respectively. Since 1998, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, together with Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China and other ministries and commissions, has carried out the campaign of "Publicity Effectiveness of Youth Civilization in 100 Cities and 100 Stores", launched "Youth Civilization's Quality Service Boosts Holiday Economy", organized Youth Civilization to collectively announce its service commitments, build a service network, innovate service methods, optimize service processes, and make contributions to promoting people's holiday consumption, expanding domestic demand and promoting economic growth.
Since 2000, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, together with the State Economic and Trade Commission, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and other seven ministries and commissions, has carried out the "Demonstration Action of Youth Civilized Credit Construction" among young workers throughout the country, and deepened youth civilized activities through five key links: strengthening credit education, advocating credit self-discipline, deepening credit practice, strengthening credit supervision and implementing credit punishment.
