Second, recess activities.

This semester, in order to enrich students' extracurricular activities, our physical education group built an exercise platform and exhibition space for students according to their hobbies, actively recommended the content in line with students' game activities for each class, and assisted the exercises.

At the beginning of the semester, I focused on radio practice, because the first-year students just entered school and were somewhat unfamiliar with radio practice. If they can't lay a good foundation, their bad habits will be difficult to correct once they are formed. So I mainly teach radio exercises through the following points.

First, strengthen the ideological education for students, so that students can truly realize the importance and necessity of doing problems, and cultivate students' good habits of paying attention to doing problems, consciously doing problems, persisting in doing problems, and doing problems seriously.

Second, PE teachers should use demonstration correctly. Demonstration is one of the main methods of physical education teaching. Through demonstration, students can establish correct action representation. Therefore, teachers are required to demonstrate clearly, accurately, normatively and aesthetically.

The third explanation should be few and precise. My explanation in radio practice teaching is mainly based on my demonstration movements, so that students can deepen their understanding of the movements.

Chapter two: How to activate students' enthusiasm in the boring classroom, so that the classroom will not be too rigid and the classroom atmosphere will not be too depressed? In the teaching process of physical education class, how should we ask for trouble and make the classroom fire?

In my opinion, the students' understanding ability and application ability are relatively poor in physical education teaching in senior one. In the teaching process, we should avoid long speeches and let students concentrate their attention effectively. If it is unscientific to only emphasize "preaching", it should also be combined with "hobbies". Through interesting activities such as sports games, students are inspired to understand the teaching content, so as to achieve a subtle effect.

Chapter 3: After class, I reflect on the general first-year physical education teaching plan. Most first-year students are around 6 years old. As the saying goes, "You can't get fat in one breath!" I think my anxiety has forgotten that the child is still a 5-or 6-year-old child who is not sensible. Being in the stage of enlightenment education, many aspects need teachers' guidance and patience.

Haste makes waste! Starting with routines and queuing, teach children to remember formation in class, and then slowly teach them to learn standing long jump, broadcast gymnastics, forward roll and so on. Teach children to walk, and they will learn to run slowly. It is really difficult for them to learn to run without learning to walk, which requires the teacher to grasp the main direction.

Some classes are untenable, especially outdoors, just like birds. When the teacher loses his temper in class, it may only last for a few minutes for the children, and then they get carried away. What practical teaching needs more is experience and methods. The charm of a teacher's personality does not lie in how strict the teacher is and how high his education is. The key lies in how to teach and educate people, how to impart knowledge, how to entertain education and how to make students learn knowledge easily. Usually, I try my best to get in touch with and understand children and enter their world, hoping to be more conducive to my own teaching.

I found that the students were very serious in class and did as the teacher asked. Even if the team was lined up and quiet, I would be in a good mood on this day. When the children play wildly and don't listen to instructions, I will lose the whole day. Unconsciously, my mood was influenced by the attitude and effect of students in class. Today, in Class X and Class X of Grade One, I am glad that the children have made progress in queuing. Especially in the standing long jump exam, xxx children in class X jumped out of 155 cm, and the perfect score for the distance of 156 cm was only 1 cm. I don't know why I am very happy and proud. Inquired about some books and periodicals about children's psychological characteristics, and found that it is difficult to find videos of physical education teaching in the first grade of primary school online. It is found that physical education class has fallen behind other subjects such as English and Chinese, and there are too few reference books and teaching CDs about physical education. It is precisely because there is too little exchange of experience between PE teachers that PE teaching is stagnant and underdeveloped compared with other main disciplines. Some primary school first-grade physical education teaching has some defects, such as rigid mode, strong adult color, or teaching going straight to the main body, which hinders the participation of all primary school students. Using game teaching method can avoid the above defects and better complete the teaching of the first grade of primary school.

According to many years' teaching experience and practice, I think that in order to change this situation, it is necessary to make use of the situation, entertain education and entertain education, which can not only ensure the development of intelligence, but also help students cultivate their ability to use their hands and brains. According to the specific situation, the content of physical education textbook is divided into several parts and put into several games for teaching, and the effect is ideal. Based on the guiding ideology of "health first", I can conscientiously study and implement the new "Physical Education Curriculum Standard", establish a "people-oriented" physical education teaching goal that conforms to the guiding ideology of "health first", integrate moral education, intellectual education and aesthetic education, and promote students' all-round physical and mental development. In teaching, we can standardize ourselves with modern classroom ideas, carry out purposeful and planned teaching practice, have a strong sense of teaching and scientific research, and improve the teaching level obviously.
