Under the hard core guarantee of many "black technologies", the waste heat from Shi Heng and Tai 'an crosses mountains and rivers and warms the spring city of Jinan. As of June 30, 2023, there is no news about the second phase project planning.

The first phase of Shihui heating project is the first batch of four long-distance urban heating projects with the longest pipe network, the largest pipe diameter, the greatest difficulty and the shortest construction period in China. The total heating capacity is about 35 million square meters, and the heating season this winter is about 4 million square meters, which is equivalent to the heating capacity of two 100 tons/hour boilers.
