How did you decide to start running to lose weight?
It has been running for more than three months. At first, I was influenced by my cousin. He has been running for more than two years. He often basks in his achievements in the league and takes photos of marathons. I ran for a while on a whim, but then I persisted because of my son's stimulation. Son 1 1 year-old, fifth grade, with good grades. But lack of patience, many things are too new to do, so I tried many ways, but with little effect. I took my son this time. I get up early for half an hour every morning, have breakfast after running and send him to school. My son is very good and never delays. After running for more than ten days, I really don't want to run because it's too cold. On Saturday of that week, my son got up in the morning and told me to go running. I said it was too cold to have a day off today. Unexpectedly, my son put his hand on her hip and pointed at me, saying that I should insist on education every day. Are you still asking me if I can't? Afterwards, I cried. I rolled over and sat up, apologized to my son and went running again. This time I ran for more than three months and insisted on running for one day. Now I actually like running, and running every day feels refreshing.
