What are the basic movements of the sand fox dance course?
The basic movements of the shuffling dance course are: walking on the moon, rotating 360 degrees in situ, side kicking, sideslip, basic running, swinging left and right in situ, and fast running.

First, basic running

This is one of the two most basic steps of ghost dance, which is used the most. It is also a transitional step between other basic dance steps, which requires more practice and mastery.

Detailed action: feet together.

1. Lift your left leg and move your right foot backwards.

2. The left foot falls to the ground and the right foot moves backwards again;

3. While lifting your right leg, move your left foot backwards.

4. When the right foot lands, the left foot moves backwards again.

Action essentials: When lifting the legs, the thighs are close to the ground and the calves naturally droop. Don't push hard, and it is close to the thigh. Leg lifting and backward movement should be carried out at the same time. When landing, drop your feet vertically, and don't go forward. When the foot moves backward, the first backward movement is large, and the second backward movement is small.

Second, run fast.

The essentials of fast running and basic running are the same, but the second backward movement becomes very vague, and it becomes very coherent with the leg lifting movement. If you lean back a little, you will lift your leg quickly.

Third, spacewalk.

1. Then lift the heel of your right foot to make it look like you are walking. Stand in front of your right foot and keep your left foot in the original position (be careful not to move and keep balance).

2. When you put down your right heel, move all the center of gravity to your right foot, and slowly drag your left foot backwards so that your left toe is flush with your right heel. When doing this step, the left heel should be slightly off the ground, and the left foot should not step down, otherwise it will not slide. Make sure to slowly lower your right heel while moving your left foot. Controlling speed requires more practice.

Matters needing attention

Learning skills

Shuffle's dance step is to complete an impromptu performance by quickly switching two core movements. So, from learning shuffle, you need to practice two basic dance steps, running man and t-step.

After studying for a period of time, we will find that it is not easy to master these two basic dance steps skillfully. At this time, a lot of practice is needed to make the movements smooth and powerful. It is recommended to practice slowly in the first month or two, with emphasis on proficiency and back movements. Being too impatient will be counterproductive.
