Seasoning: salt, soy sauce. Exercise:
1. Wash the squid and soak it in clear water (Figure1); 2. Wash pork and winter vegetables, and cut pork into pieces (Figure 2);
3. Cut the squid into pieces and chop the pork and winter vegetables with a knife (Figure 3);
4. Add the chopped mixed meat sauce into sweet potato starch and soaked squid water (Figure 4);
Mix minced meat and sweet potato starch with water. The water soaked in squid will bring umami flavor, so don't waste it!
5. Mix the minced meat evenly (Figure 5) and beat it hard (Figure 6);
6. Beat the minced meat until it is thick, and squeeze out the meatballs (Figure 7) and put them on the plate (Figure 8);
7. When cooking, put the prepared meatballs on the rice with a steaming plate (Figure 9), cook the rice and steam the meatballs (Figure10);
There are many ways to steam. I just want to say Connie saves energy and protects the environment! Meatballs can be put into a steamer and steamed for 20 minutes on medium heat!
