Recently, confirmed cases of Omicron have been reported in Beijing, Shenzhen and other places, and related cases have been contacted by international express. It is not the first time that a positive test has been detected on express parcels or mail-order goods, and the related risks should not be underestimated. Combined with the actual situation in our region, the notice on strengthening the management of express delivery in epidemic-related areas and overseas is as follows:

1. The overseas express transportation chain is long, the contact frequency between people and goods is high, and the epidemic risk is also increased. Residents should try not to rush into the sea, especially not to order goods from epidemic-related areas or overseas.

2. When residents come into contact with goods, mail and food from overseas and high-risk areas, they should know the source of the goods, mail and food, do a good job of protection, control risks and ensure safety. When contacting uncertain and risk-free goods, the internal and external packaging and built-in items should be disinfected, and the protective measures for clothes and exposed parts of the body should be strictly implemented.

If you have received it, please handle it carefully. It is suggested that the express package be unpacked as soon as possible after spraying disinfection. Express packaging should be properly disposed of according to domestic garbage in time, and should not be stored at home for a long time.

4. After dismantling the relevant express delivery, pay attention to washing hands with soap and disinfect your hands. Don't touch your mouth, eyes, nose, etc with dirty hands. If you use household scissors and other items when unpacking the courier, you must disinfect the related items.

5. All express delivery and logistics enterprises should intensify the disinfection of mail, goods and means of transport in overseas and high-risk areas, so as to achieve three-dimensional, comprehensive and no dead ends. At the same time, implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, implement personal prevention and control measures for frontline employees, and carry out regular nucleic acid testing.

6. Enterprises with imported goods, farmers' markets and other main units shall take protective measures for those who come into contact with the car body, packaging and goods, wear protective clothing for loading and unloading, put on masks and gloves, and replace them once. After loading and unloading, disinfect the environment and the outer packaging of articles.
